In addition to the huge success of All Gone Pete Tong on Evolution, Pete is now presenting a special 1 hour weekly show called ’Evolution with Pete Tong’ which is co-produced by Grape and syndicated to Commercial Hit Radio stations across America.
The show features a chart of the USAs favourite dance tracks, Pete’s Essential New Tune of the week and a guest mix.
80 stations nationwide are already broadcasting the show including KIIS-FM /Los Angeles, Calif; WKSC-FM/Chicago, Ill.; KYLD-FM/San Francisco, Calif.; KHKS-FM/Dallas-Ft. Grape are excited to be part of the launch of a new dance radio station in Boston, USA.
Evolution 101.7 launched in December 2012, bringing the best dance music to the Boston region. Read Pete Tong’s letter to Boston for more information.
Grape, working with Clear Channel, put together the special take-over shows to launch the station, produce Pete Tong’s daily ‘All Gone Pete Tong’ show (every Mon-Fri, 7-9pm ET) and John Dahlback’s ‘Mutants Radio’ show (every Sunday 9-10pm ET) on the station, as well as other one-off shows, such as the Swedish House Mafia’s New Year’s Eve takeover.
Pete Tong joins Clear Channel’s iHeartRadio
We are happy to announce that We Are Grape are working in conjunction with Clear Channel in the USA to produce Pete Tong’s new daily show on iHeartRadio’s Evolution channel.
“Clear Channel’s internet radio streaming arm, iHeartRadio, today announced it is bringing long-time BBC radio personality Pete Tong, a dance/electronica DJ and founder of FFRR Records, to the US who to host a show called ‘All Gone Pete Tong’ that will launch [on 19th November] on the network’s new EDM channel Evolution.
“The format will expose listeners to dance music not played on Top 40 and will also feature shows by other established DJ’s such as Diplo, Wolfgang Gartner and Fatboy Slim and a rundown of the Top 10 dance hits on EDM-focused online music store Beatport.” - Billboard Magazine
Skream & Benga are on BBC Radio 1 every Friday at 11pm, produced by Grape.
