The Solution
Our Radio 1’s Dance Anthems show is the most listened to on demand radio programme with younger listeners on BBC Sounds. We're proud to produce this weekly show, which we look after on air, online and socially, entertaining the existing audience whilst always seeking new listeners. We aimed to make the show more accessible to the daytime listener whilst staying true to the Dance Anthems brand. We split the format of the show into three different hours: Classic Anthems, Today’s Anthems and Future Anthems. Each week we attempt to cover as many genres as possible to cover the broad definition of Dance Music: House, Trance, Garage, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Techno and even the poppier side of the genre.
